By creating an account, signing in, or using Kids Coloring Pics, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Adult use

Kids Coloring Pics is for parents, guardians, teachers, and other adults. You are responsible for supervising children who view, color, or use printed sheets.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must provide accurate information and may not use the service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive purposes.

Your prompts, uploads, and generated sheets

You are responsible for the prompts, photos, drawings, names, text, uploaded material, and other content you provide. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit that content.

Kids Coloring Pics may review, block, remove, or refuse to generate content for safety, abuse prevention, copyright, policy, quality, or legal reasons.

Copyright and brand restrictions

Do not use Kids Coloring Pics to copy, imitate, or make confusingly similar versions of copyrighted characters, trademarked brands, living artists' protected work, logos, sports teams, entertainment franchises, or other third-party intellectual property unless you have the legal right to do so.

Kids Coloring Pics LLC does not endorse, encourage, authorize, or condone attempts to replicate copyrighted works or protected brands. You are solely responsible for how you use, download, print, publish, or share any generated sheet.

Permitted personal use

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use sheets you create for personal, home, classroom, or similar non-commercial uses. Commercial use, resale, distribution, or publication may require additional rights that Kids Coloring Pics does not provide.

No professional advice or guarantees

The service and generated content are provided for creative and entertainment purposes. We do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, appropriate for every child, non-infringing, error-free, available, secure, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use the service and any generated content at your own risk.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kids Coloring Pics LLC provides the service "as is" and disclaims warranties of any kind. Kids Coloring Pics LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from your prompts, uploads, generated sheets, printed materials, sharing activity, or use of third-party rights.

Changes and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, and we may update these Terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create legal, safety, security, or operational risk.
